在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上，宣布将制作续篇。2018年12月22日在周年纪念活动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作决定。 OVA于2019年6月14日在剧场上映，标题为《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分钟，为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞笑剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日发售。 片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的形式宣布续作决定。。南方的某个城市，有一个靠踩三轮自行车拉客为生的师傅叫刘老实，女儿刘小花是刘老实当年从垃圾桶里回来的女婴。自从老伴去世后，他和女儿相依为命，每个月靠着低微的收入支撑着两人的日常生活以及女儿的学费花销。然而，上天不遂人愿，刘老实他得了重症，面对着高额的治疗费用，这个家庭根本承担不起。刘老实想到自己将不久于人世，自己走了之后,年幼的小花该怎么办？最终，他决定骑着三轮车带着孩子不远千里去寻找亲生父母。不料途中刘老师病发，女儿却遭人贩子诱拐……。Beginning just after the bloody Sioux victory over General Custer at Little Big Horn, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee intertwines the perspectives of three characters: Charles Eastman (Beach), né Ohiyesa, a young, Dartmouth-educated, Sioux doctor held up as living proof of the alleged success of assimilation| Sitting Bull (Schellenberg), the proud Lakota chief who refuses to subm...。
