1937年初，抗联决定秘密派遣由三军十二团团长耿殿君领导的十三名抗日精英，潜伏到关东军的心脏地带哈尔滨周边执行特殊任务。抗联将领李兆麟破例为这十三名共产党员主持了结拜仪式，并亲自撰写了结拜誓词，赋予他们“十三省”的称号，“省”字取意“觉悟”。耿殿君及其弟耿殿臣等十三省以他们特有的方式立下了共产党人的誓言，开始以非常规的方式去完成反满抗日的艰巨任务，“十三省”成了他们的新代号。。The story, written by Zsófi Lányi, revolves around thirtysomething identical twins Éva and Adél.
