十一岁的孤儿菲利克斯很想念自己的哥哥——六年前被养父母带走的查理。利用一台破旧发动机，他秘密制造了一辆汽车，并无意中将车与电脑相连，下载了一种神奇软件。于是小车产生了思维，此后菲利克斯将该车命名为“查理2号”。安娜·迪克森得知自己的软件被盗后，开始追踪菲利克斯和“查理2号”。然而与此同时，安娜邪恶的叔叔企图利用软件制造战斗机器人，得知此事后便不遗余力地设法除掉他们。最终“查理2号”带着菲利克斯和安娜找到了真正的查理，但是查理似乎也是麻烦缠身。幸好“小查理”不仅是辆智能汽车，还安装了格斗程序……。One night when seeking his estranged wife, Hoffmann goes to the youth center where she works.
