Quique is dispatched to a village in deep Spain Teruel to lead its politics of recuperation but soon discovers he was sent there so that his girlfriend and leader of his party could spend more time together。实习医生陈筱澜与音乐系学生穆阳一见倾心，成为一对甜蜜恋人。然而好景不长，陈筱澜突患癌症。不忍离别之苦的陈筱澜选择躲起来独自面对，但穆阳不放弃一直苦苦寻找，最后终于找到她，陪她度过了人生的最后一段时光。。
