Following the death of his wife, a broken man spirals into an abyss of night tremors and depression and finds himself in the home of a deranged cannibal who convinces him to take his own life in the most horrific way imaginable.。故事叙述一位生活在德国柏林的少女Tina，每日跟朋友们到夜店玩乐，嗑药、跳舞，夜夜笙歌的生活让她开始产生幻觉，她开始看见一只怪物开始围绕在她身边，不知道是梦境还是现实的Tina，开始向旁边寻求协助，不料朋友、家人都不愿相信她，还质疑那是她精神异常所看见的幻觉，求助无门的Tina只好开始服用精神药，但在这痛苦的过程中，却意外地和怪物共生共存…。
